Glaza God provides a real and accurate tracking number once the courier agency updates it. It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide the correct address, including apartment number, and track their package. If your package doesn't arrive, please contact the shipping agency and file a claim. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
