1. Merchandise Presentation

All items must be displayed in an orderly and clean manner, respecting the value and exclusivity of the product. Under no circumstances may Glaza God merchandise be presented in a despicable manner or displayed in unpleasant conditions that affect the brand image.

2. Equality Policy

There are no price preferences or special conditions for any store; all receive the same treatment and standard prices.

3. Pricing Policy

The retail prices used by our sellers cannot be lower than the official prices published on our website www.glazagod.com.

4. Exclusivity and Resale

There are no authorized stores to sell our products to other stores in the United States or other countries.

Each authorized store works directly with Glaza God and may not resell to third parties without prior written approval.

5. Deceptive Marketing

False discounts or misleading advertising related to Glaza God may not be published.

6. Stock Policy

Stores are responsible for maintaining merchandise in good condition while on display or in storage.

Returns for damage caused after delivery are not accepted.

7. Geographic Exclusivity Control

Glaza God reserves the right to limit the number of authorized stores in a single geographic area to maintain product exclusivity.

8. Prohibition of Product Alteration

It is prohibited to modify, embroider, print, or alter any original Glaza God garment without the express authorization or consent of the end customer.

9. Confidentiality

Wholesale prices, production methods, and stock limits are confidential and must not be shared with third parties.

10. Distributor Responsibility

Distributors assume responsibility for the end customer experience in their store, ensuring proper service and respect for the brand.

11. Limited Production

All Glaza God items are strictly limited.

12. Authorized Sales Channels

Distributors may only sell products in their own physical stores or online channels.

Reselling on marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, or similar sites without written approval is prohibited.

13. Use of the Name and Logo

The name "Glaza God," its logo, and designs may only be used to promote the original merchandise.

It is strictly prohibited to alter, copy or reproduce our logo or designs without prior written permission.

14. Payment Policy

All orders must be paid in full before shipping.

No refunds are allowed once a wholesale order has been confirmed and placed.

15. Compliance

Failure to comply with these terms may result in immediate revocation of authorization to distribute Glaza God products.

16. Review and Update of Terms

Glaza God may update these terms at any time without notifying distributors.
